I really like the way this couch looks in my space, but the comfort has been a bit hit or miss for me. The cushions are firm, they’re not as cozy as I was hoping they’d be. I’m hoping it softens up a little more over time, but right now I feel a little disappointed because I wanted to love relaxing on it as much as I love looking at it.

I really liked the way this looked when I first got it, it has a nice style and definitely makes a good first impression. The fabric feels fine, but in my opinion it’s not quite as nice as I expected for the price. After a few weeks, I noticed the weave starting to look a bit fuzzy, which was a little disappointing. It’s not a bad product overall, I just personally thought it would hold up a bit better.

I haven’t received my order yet, but the communication has been really solid. They’ve been sending clear updates along the way, so I actually know what’s going on. it makes the wait way less frustrating

I ordered a few fabric swatches before picking out a sofa, and they were really helpful. They arrived quickly, and the colors looked close to what I saw on the website. I do wish the samples were just a little bigger, but they still made the decision a lot easier.

Replies were slow, which was kinda frustrating, but they did help me out eventually. so overall it was Fine, just not super quick

I was shocked by how well this was packed. Like, not a single dent, no mess, nothing out of place. I opened it up and everything looked super clean and perfect, almost made me want to applaud the packaging team.

We've had this couch for a few months now and it still feels solid. No sagging or weird creaks so I'm happy with it

The leather feels super nice, soft but still thick, which I really like. it looked even better in person than I was expecting.

I came across Maiden Home while I was trying to find a sofa, and I have to say, their designs really pulled me in. I don’t think I’m being overly picky here, the pieces just have that clean, relaxed look that feels stylish without trying too hard. A lot of the shapes are modern, but they still look comfortable and livable, which is exactly what I was hoping to find.
I only took off one star because the fabric and color photos seemed to look a little different from page to page, and when you’re buying something big like a sofa, I feel like it’s fair to want a really clear idea of what you’re getting. Maybe I’m cautious, but I’d rather not guess on fabric colors. Still, the overall style is beautiful, and I’d definitely keep them on my list.

Loved all the choices. Fabric, size, little details. It made it way easier to get something that actually worked in my room. Took me a while to pick. Worth it though. Really happy.

I went with the white glove delivery option it was super smooth from start to finish. They showed up, brought everything in, got it placed where it needed to go, and I didn’t have to figure out any of the awkward lifting or setup myself, which was exactly what I was hoping for. It was one of those things where I thought it might be a hassle, but it ended up being really easy and stress-free

I’m really happy with the sofa itself, it showed up looking nice and feels like good quality :) The only downside was the wait. It took longer than I expected, and the updates along the way were a little slow. Overall, not a bad experience, I just wish the timeline had been clearer from the beginning!
